SB9 Reports
With the recent approval of Senate Bill 9 (SB 9), single family lots can now be developed beyond 1 primary unit and ADUs. Brick Work provides a SB9 Report that will show you the highest and best use for your single family lot. Our review will cover the multiple requirements set by both state and cities and we will also be partnering with homeowners to assist in building these new developments!
LAND USE ZONING REPORTS
Brick Work provides land use analysis reports to show the development potential of sites. We include both a “by-right” and “incentivized” analysis (Density Bonus/TOC) that is based on ministerial approval for multi-family housing.


ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT (ADU) REPORT
Brick Work provides ADU reports that analyzes single family homes, and provides 3D models to show potential development. The reports include a review of a municipality’s zoning code to ensure that the best model is provided and that height, setbacks and parking requirements are accounted for.
